Care of accommodation
The tenant agrees to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition, with all refuse disposed of in the sacks provided.

Breakages
Breakages must be reported to the owners.Damage to fixtures and contents will be restored by us and the cost incurred will be presented to you as a charge.

Pets
We accept 1 well-behaved dog on the stipulation that it sleeps on the ground floor.

Smoking
We do not allow smoking. Please smoke outside the accommodation.
